This is a rare tradesman. I have hired many tradesmen previously but never come across one so honest genuinely trustworthy and puts his customers first before money. Russ attended my property within 24 hrs. Not only did he discover what the cause of the leak was, he fixed it straightaway without asking for money. He contacted me soon after I posted the job even though it was quite late. He was polite, reassuring and professional. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He is just an honest person.

Russ answered quickly here on Rated People. We agreed the day he would come and on the actual day he kept me informed on the precise time he would come. He quickly found where the issue with my shower tray was and fix it with minimum inconvenience. He went for the extra mile by clearing all the debris the previous plumber buried under the tray. Russlle has been a huge help for us and attended the job on a short notice. He finalised everything quickly, and although the job was quite complex he spent enough time to make sure is done properly. We were not at the property and the tenants have given access, but he made sure to inform of everything he did and sending photos of each step of the job. We are very happy and highly recommend him.
